From the tetragramto the stave.
Peregrinus© reads a Gregorian score in square notation and rewrites it on the modern stave, with the Latin text under the notes. Correct it on the original, listen to it, export it for your choir.

How it works
Load the score
A PDF, a photo or a scan in square notation on a four-line stave, or a GABC file from Gregorio or GregoBase.
Check and correct
Peregrinus© marks on the original every note, divisio and syllable it has recognized. If something is wrong, fix it right there, with the mouse or the keyboard.
Listen and export
Play the melody, transpose it for the voices you have, then download a PDF to print or MusicXML for MuseScore, Sibelius, Finale and Dorico.
What it recognizes
Neumes
punctum, virga, podatus, clivis, torculus, porrectus, climacus, scandicus, salicus, quilisma; distropha, tristropha and bivirga; notae liquescentes (cephalicus, epiphonus).
Rhythmic signs
punctum mora, episema horizontale and episema verticale (ictus).
Clefs and accidentals
C and F clefs, clef changes within a line, flats in the key signature and occasional flats.
Latin text
syllables under the notes, with accents and hyphens; asterisk, dagger, ℣. and ℟.
Euouae
kept as it is or, if you prefer, replaced by the full Gloria Patri in the recognized tone.
GABC
files from Gregorio and GregoBase open without recognition: notes and text come straight from the file.
